Upstairs the chalet features a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and south facing balcony. Also on this level are two other good-sized bedrooms that can be made up as doubles or twins, and that share a modern family bathroom.

The lower ground floor has a 4th bedroom, again a double or twin – with shower room next door.

The outdoor hot tub is situated in a sheltered corner of the terrace, with incredible views of the village, the mountains and valley beyond. Combine a soak in the bubbles with a hot sauna (and maybe a jump in the snow?) and your ski legs will be sure to feel refreshed!

For entertainment the chalet is well equipped with games, books, children’s toys as well as Satellite & Apple TV, plus Xbox games console.

The nearest ski lift is the Barbossine chair, which offers great access to the varied and often quiet slopes of Torgon, La Chapelle, and Super Chatel. From here, take the new lifts over to Linga and access to the whole of the Portes du Soleil!

A free shuttle bus service operates around Chatel and there’s a stop about 50m from Belle Vache.
