The winter may seem a long way off, but it’s important to book your ski holiday early if you’d like one of the popular weeks, a decent chalet, and some of the best deals.
During the ski season the most popular dates are New Year and February half term – these weeks tend to get booked up at least a year in advance, so it’s worth planning well in advance to get the chalet you want. Many chalets will be taking bookings now for the 2015/6 season and beyond for these really peak weeks.
The other school holiday dates are also popular such as Christmas, Easter and occasionally the first week of January. If skiing with children these are some of the best weeks as the slopes are quieter and the prices lower. Christmas in the Alps is a magical experience; Christmas trees, twinkly lights, great skiing, great food and wine and a team of staff to look after to you … what could be better. Easter is also a great time to ski – with fantastic soft spring snow, lunches on the terrace, and plenty of sunny days… making it an ideal time to introduce children to skiing.
These weeks are already starting to sell but we still have availability at Chaletneuf du Tenne for the Easter weeks: please contact us for more information about our luxury ski holidays.
Early booking is also a good way to grab a great deal. We have some great deals available for weeks in January and March including free lift passes or childcare. Please visit our website for more information about our special offers.
