Every evening it’s our goal to host the best dinner party ever. The music is cool, the table is beautiful, the service is attentive and discreet, and the food is sublime and perfectly matched to the wine.
It’s a bit like dining at the chef’s table as all of our chalets have an open door policy and you can see our talented young chefs create contemporary, seasonally focused, and ingredient led dishes; food that perfectly balances indulgence, comfort and luxurious elegance.
